Q: What are the monthly monitoring expenses?
A: The standard monitoring fee per month is $20 ($240 annually). However, if your system has a cellular back-up device the fee is increased to $35 per month ($420 annually).
Q: What is the basic installation price for residential?
A: Installation prices vary depending on the size of your house, how many doors, windows, motions, smokes etc. Call the office for a free estimate at 910-799-8626!
Q: Am I required to have a land-line telephone?
A: A land-line telephone is not required in order for your system to be monitored. In this case, a cellular back-up device will be installed which communicates with the monitoring company through cell towers.
Q Is my system compatible with digital phone?
A: Yes, your alarm system will work with digital phone and DSL. However, it will not work on a Voice-Over-IP (V.O.I.P)
Q What are the payment terms that are available?
A: You may choose to pay your monitoring fees either monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually. We work with our customers in order to make billing as easy as possible.
Q: Can I still have motion detectors if I have pets?
A: Yes. They make pet immune motion detectors. Our recommended weight range for these detectors is up to 100lbs.
Q: Can I have my monitoring fee automatically drafted?
A Yes, you can have your monitoring fee automatically drafted, simply fill out an ACH form that can be provided to you by any one in our office. The draft is taken out of a checking or savings account on the first business day of every month.
- If you choose not to have your fee automatically drafted from your bank account, we also provide the option of running a credit card on the first of every month as well. Simply provide us with current credit card information and we will handle it from there.
Q What types of payments do you accept?
A: You may pay your fee with check, credit card or automatic withdrawal. We accept Visa and Mastercards.
